You will assist with major property transactions, including due diligence, leasing, development projects from acquisition through completion, and complex financing

Responsibilities

• Assist with major property transactions, including due diligence, transaction structuring and commercial advice on acquisitions, disposals and leasing.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases across retail, commercial, industrial and mixed-use properties.
• Support property development projects from acquisition through completion, including subdivisions, construction contracts, approvals, zoning and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with property finance matters, including mortgages, secured lending and complex financing structures.
