Established in 2004, Davis Lawyers in Brisbane is seeking a skilled property, commercial and banking lawyer with 3–5 years post-admission to join our specialist team. You will manage matters from start to finish, work directly with the Principal, and handle sophisticated transactions for lenders, developers and business owners.

Formación

• 3–5 years' post-admission experience in property, commercial and/or banking and finance law.
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-relations skills.
• Ability to manage matters with appropriate autonomy.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Willingness to contribute to the growth of the practice.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial and residential conveyancing in Queensland and New South Wales.
• Handle commercial and residential property developments.
• Manage off-the-plan sales, acquisitions and land subdivisions.
• Conduct property due diligence, structuring and transaction advice.
• Manage commercial lending and secured finance transactions across Australia; prepare loan, mortgage and security documentation.
• Handle shareholder, unitholder and joint venture arrangements.
• Manage commercial and retail leasing and general commercial transactions.
• Handle business acquisitions and dispositions.
• Maintain direct client contact and responsibility for your own files.

Join a specialist commercial finance and real estate practice where you will work directly with senior lawyers and clients. You will manage matters from commencement to completion, working on sophisticated transactions for lenders, developers, investors and business owners, with meaningful autonomy, direct client contact and a clear pathway for progression. Key responsibilities
