Job summary

Mills Oakley in Adelaide is seeking a Lawyer or Associate with 1-5 years’ PQE to join our Property and Projects & Construction team. You will work on landmark residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, supporting the full lifecycle from acquisition through to delivery.

You will work directly with Annoushka Scharnberg, a market-leading practitioner, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We welcome proactive, growth-minded lawyers seeking development exposure and strong drafting

Qualifications

• 1-5 years’ experience in property law, development projects preferred.
• Excellent drafting, attention to detail, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on property acquisitions, disposals, and development structuring.
• Draft and negotiate contracts including development, construction, infrastructure agreements and leases.
• Manage planning and zoning issues, approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and risk analysis for development sites.
• Provide strategic legal input to support project delivery and commercial outcomes.
