Job summary

Unemployable Property Pty Ltd is hiring a Development Manager/Coach to guide members through live deals using the FIND. FUND. DEVELOP framework. You may still pursue your own developments on the side if desired.

You will run 1-on-1 coaching calls, lead group curriculum sessions, and review member feasibility and deal strategies to provide practical feedback. Expect to engage with a community of active developers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Development Manager and/or successful property developer with a verifiable track record of real projects.
• Experience across site acquisition, feasibility, financial modelling and yield analysis.
• Strong understanding of the development lifecycle from due diligence through to settlement.
• Network of consultants including town planners, engineers, brokers, solicitors and builders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to hold people accountable without damaging the relationship.
• A genuine want to help other developers succeed, not just close out your own projects.

Responsibilities

• Running 1-on-1 member Coaching Calls and Breakthrough phone calls with members working through their own deals

• Keeping detailed records of every member interaction so the program runs on a system, not on memory
• Representing Unemployable Property at two live member only events a year and staying visible and active in the member community

Property Development Coach – Development Manager

We're looking for an experienced Development Manager or successful property developer to join our coaching team. This isn't a desk job managing someone else's pipeline. You'll be coaching a community of members through real deals using our FIND. FUND. DEVELOP. framework, and if you want to, you've got the luxury of still doing some of your own developments on the side.

Most Development Manager roles lock you into one employer's projects and often restrict you from doing deals on the side. We do the opposite. If you choose to keep developing, that's entirely up to you, it's not a conflict with the role, it's your call. You bring live, current deals into every coaching call and deal room session instead of talking theory from a desk.
