• Strong advisory skills and the ability to provide practical, confidential and well informed guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Demonstrated management experience to support a team of asset, grounds and leasing staff
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and risk management capability
• Highly developed communication, consultation and relationship building skills
• Professional integrity, discretion and sound judgement aligned with National Trust values
• Current WA driver's licence and National Police Clearance (required prior to appointment)
