Chevron Australia Downstream is seeking a Property Analyst for a fixed term contract based in Brisbane. You will manage leases, subleases, rent reviews and related financial reporting within a busy property portfolio.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial/retail property, experience in lease management, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP. You will work with internal teams and landlords to ensure high standards of service and compliance.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial/retail property roles.
• Experience in property management / lease management / tenancy management or financial / analytical role.
• Oil industry and client-side property management experience desirable.
• SAP and Lease Eagle experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lease management and analysis including tenancy register and invoicing.
• Repairs, maintenance and site works coordination with Maintenance/Construction teams.
• Lease/sublease management and rent review calculations and payments.
• Insurance and bank guarantees administration under lease obligations.
• Stakeholder communication and general property portfolio administration.
