Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking an administrative/data entry professional in Sydney (Bella Vista) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will enter data, manage article setup, and support the Category Manager to drive value and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience and be highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and ensure accuracy in existing and new article setup.
• Work closely with your Category Manager to deliver as a team.
• Be proficient in administrative systems (SAP and Partner Hub) and Microsoft/Google tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive value and a great customer experience.
• Support promotional program activities including planning and execution.

What you’ll do

• Enter data and ensure accuracy in existing and new article set up
• Work closely with your Category Manager to deliver as a team
• Be proficient in administrative systems (such as SAP and Partner Hub) that manage data in addition to software suites such as Google and Microsoft
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive value and a great customer experience
• Work closely with your Category Manager on the promotional program, including slotting, brochure planning and off-location planning

What you’ll bring

• Previous administration experience and be highly organised, capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with the wider team and adapt with changing conditions
• Strong commercial acumen and proficient with excel and google environment
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
