Spiecapag Australia is seeking a Project Planner to support our project teams on large-scale pipeline infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and Trimble Tilos, providing critical planning insights across engineering, procurement, and construction.

This site-based FIFO role requires seven years of planning experience, strong WBS/CBS/EVM knowledge, and excellent Excel/Word skills.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years' experience in project planning and scheduling within construction or infrastructure.
• Site-based planning experience on at least one pipeline construction project.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional.
• Strong working knowledge of Trimble Tilos.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules, resource-loaded programmes, and staffing plans.
• Solid understanding of WBS, CBS, EVM, cost and schedule performance reporting, and project controls methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update project baseline and execution schedules using Primavera P6.
• Produce and maintain project schedules within Trimble Tilos for linear infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance against planned milestones and completion dates.
• Prepare and maintain project reporting, dashboards, progress trackers, S-curves, and schedule analysis.
• Maintain project progress and earned value management systems with project controls and commercial teams.
• Analyse schedule performance, identify critical path impacts, and communicate risks and delays.
• Support project teams with mitigation and recovery planning initiatives.
• Prepare extension of time (EOT) schedules and provide planning support for contractual claims.
• Assist with schedule risk analysis and scenario modelling.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, logistics, and subcontractor stakeholders.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project leadership and client stakeholders.
• Monitor manpower requirements and resource forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
