Job summary

Jag X is seeking a Project & Operations Coordinator to support clients, stakeholders and maintenance teams across WA. The role requires maritime industry understanding and the ability to work in high-pressure environments, coordinating meetings, mobilisations, inductions, work orders and site approvals.

Based in Henderson, 35-hour weeks, permanent full-time. Australians citizens or permanent residents only; full training on products and systems and opportunities for career development available.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating meetings, mobilisations and site approvals.
• Strong administrative and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple maritime maintenance activities under pressure.
• Excellent communication with service teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Capability to keep management reports and service logs up to date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, oversee employee mobilisation, inductions, pre starts, work orders and site approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date management reports, service logs and job bookings in the inhouse database.
• Plan maintenance activities with operations, organise parts for customer delivery and warranty claims.
• Provide high-quality administration support and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as primary point of contact between service teams and client site stakeholders.

The Opportunity:

Our client is an international Maritime and Defense Technology company with facilities across the globe.
They deliver technology solutions across all marine sectors including Merchant, Offshore, Subsea, Navel and Defense.

We are seeking a Project & Operations Coordinator to support clients, key stakeholders and maintenance teams across WA. The ideal candidate will come from a maritime or marine environment or understand this industry and be used to working in high pressure environments.

You must be an Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia to be considered for this position, due to the nature of this work you may be required to undergo high level security clearances to gain access to some sites.

The Requirements:

• This role is fast paced, no two days will be the same and you will be required to support the service manager and his team across their maritime operations
• Coordinate meetings, oversee employee mobilisation, inductions, pre starts, work orders and site approvals.
• Keep management reports up to date, service logs and job bookings recorded in the inhouse database
• Plan maintenance activities along with our operations teams, organise parts for customer delivery and warranty claims
• Basic administration and data entry skills are essential for this position along with excellent communication skills and “High Attention to Detail”
• Take ownership of customer relationships, act as the primary point of contact between the service teams and the client site and stakeholders
• This position will offer a high paced environment, and test your organisational skills so we are looking for people who are calm under pressure and can multitask across various projects

• Base Salary range $100k – $120k + Super
• Permanent full-time position
• Only Work 35hrs per week Monday to Friday at the Henderson workshop
• One paid RDO Day can be taken each month at a time to suit you, given you and extra 12 days leave per year
