Job summary

City of Moreton Bay invites applications for a Financial Systems Project Officer to join the Financial Systems team and help deliver ERP transformation and major enterprise-wide initiatives.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, track progress, prepare briefs and reports, and support system improvements that enhance business operations and customer outcomes.

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination and milestone tracking.

• Monitor project risks, issues and actions while supporting change management activities.
• Maintain project governance documentation, registers and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support the development and maintenance of procedures, process documentation and user guides.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive, high-performing team culture.

Are you a highly organised project professional with experience in financial systems, ERP implementations, or business transformation initiatives? We're looking for a Project Officer to join our Financial Systems team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic financial systems projects and a major enterprise-wide ERP transformation program.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to coordinate initiatives, track project progress, develop project documentation, and support the successful delivery of system improvements that will enhance business operations and customer outcomes.
