Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex transport infrastructure from detailed design through construction. Based in Strathpine, this role leads a diverse portfolio including road upgrades, active transport, and pedestrian bridges.

You will bring extensive experience in infrastructure projects, strong planning and staff/contractor management, and knowledge of current standards and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive experience managing complex construction projects with a focus on transport infrastructure.
• Knowledge of current construction legislation, Australian standards, WHS requirements, and accepted work practices.
• Experience providing specialist engineering advice and applied understanding of engineering principles.

About you

We are seeking some who has experience in infrastructure projects. We are looking for someone who has the ability to plan, organise, monitor and manage staff and contractors to ensure performance against agreed targets and standards.

• Comprehensive experience managing complex construction projects with a focus on transport infrastructure
• Comprehensive knowledge and application of current construction legislation, Australian standards, Workplace Health and Safety requirements and accepted work practices.
• Considerable experience providing specialist engineering advice and applied understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent time management skills to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Construction Induction Card competency (required)
