Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering project management and support services.
• Experience in high-volume service environments and handling ad hoc requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of project management and support services, including reports, briefs, resource coordination, and monitoring project plans.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting and evaluation.
• Coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate information exchange.
• Sourcing and compiling data to identify issues and track progress.
• Monitor and address escalated enquiries to ensure timely resolutions.
• Develop and update administrative systems, processes and policies for compliance.
• Coordinate availability and rostering of casual workforce to support service delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of examinations within budget and timelines.
