Job summary

The NSW Department of Education is seeking a Senior Project Officer in Chatswood. This ongoing full-time role leads the Regional Industry Education Partnerships program, coordinating delivery, monitoring and evaluation to achieve targeted outcomes within set timeframes and budgets.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills, with a focus on collaboration with employers, schools and community organisations to support student career pathways.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.
• Current driver licence and willingness to travel internally.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality public education and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, monitoring and evaluation of the Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP) program within a region.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to achieve outcomes within time and budget constraints.
• Prepare briefings, reports and funding agreements as required.
