• Extensive experience leading program, project or service improvement initiatives in a complex environment.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate findings into actionable policy recommendations.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement with diverse groups.
• Commitment to improving opportunities for students with disability in NSW.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
• A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required before commencing.

• Design and implement a framework to evaluate impact on student outcomes.
