Job summary

Centorrino Technologies (CT) is seeking an experienced Project Officer to join a Canberra-based project team, supporting delivery across a structured environment. This 12-month contract offers the chance to provide project coordination, administrative and financial support while helping teams maintain planning, reporting and governance processes.

Applicants must hold a current TPSV Clearance to be considered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project support.
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools and processes.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience preparing reports, briefs, correspondence and project documentation.
• Understanding of governance, risk, financial and schedule management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support project and program teams with day-to-day project coordination and administration.
• Assist with project testing, evaluation and acceptance activities.
• Apply project management methodologies, processes and tools to support project delivery.
• Prepare briefs, reports, correspondence and submissions for stakeholders and committees.
• Support project governance, including meetings, reporting, documentation and action tracking.
• Maintain project schedules, financial records, registers and documentation.
• Assist with project planning, risk management, quality assurance and resource tracking.
• Monitor project activities, costs and timelines and escalated issues where required.
• Provide support to Project Managers across various stages of the project lifecycle.

• Must hold a current TPSV Clearance to be considered for this role.
