Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd (CT) is seeking an experienced Project Officer to join a Canberra-based team on a 12-month contract with potential extensions. You will support project coordination, administration, governance and delivery across a structured environment.

Key duties include preparing briefs and reports, maintaining schedules and financial records, and supporting risk management and stakeholder communications. A current TPSV clearance is required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project support.
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools and processes.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience preparing reports, briefs, correspondence and project documentation.
• Understanding of project governance, risk, financial and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Support project and program teams with day-to-day project coordination and administration.
• Assist with project testing, evaluation and acceptance activities.
• Apply project management methodologies, processes and tools to support project delivery.
• Prepare briefs, reports, correspondence and submissions for stakeholders and committees.
• Support project governance, including meetings, reporting, documentation and action tracking.
• Maintain project schedules, financial records, registers and documentation.
• Assist with project planning, risk management, quality assurance and resource tracking.
• Monitor project activities, costs and timelines and escalated issues where required.
• Provide support to Project Managers across various stages of the project lifecycle.
