Responsibilities

Turn workforce strategy into an integrated mobilisation roadmap aligned with business goals.
Coordinate delivery across People & Culture teams and senior stakeholders.
Lead governance and planning forums for visibility of progress, risks and outcomes.
Resolve barriers and manage competing priorities to keep delivery on track.
Align attraction, recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives with workforce strategy.
Support workforce transformation through planning, capability development and organisational change initiatives.
Use data and insights to continuously improve workforce planning and delivery.
Model safe, accountable delivery in line with governance, risk and compliance requirements.
