Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a well-established commercial builder in Sydney. You will oversee Design & Construct new build projects valued up to $10 million, taking ownership from pre-construction through to handover in a collaborative team environment.

The role covers programming, budgeting, forecasting, procurement and leadership of site teams and subcontractors. You will manage client relationships, ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget with a

Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a diverse range of new build projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work secured, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects valued up to $10 million.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on PM who enjoys taking ownership from pre-construction through to handover and wants to work within a collaborative team environment.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably within commercial construction.
• Track record delivering new build projects valued between $2m and $10m.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead site teams and drive project outcomes.
• Relevant construction qualification preferred.
