Job summary

Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a diverse range of new build projects across Sydney. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects up to $10 million and drive delivery from pre-construction to handover.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple programs, budgets, and client relationships in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
• Track record delivering new build projects valued between $2m and $10m.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead site teams and drive project outcomes.
• Relevant construction qualification preferred.
