Job summary

AYAN InfoTech in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager to lead a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) ServiceNow implementation.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, develop project plans, budgets, and governance, coordinating with stakeholders across procurement, cyber security, legal, risk, and vendor management.

This 6-month contract offers a mature environment with potential extensions for strong TPRM leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Must have experience managing Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of TPRM/IRM solutions from discovery through production deployment.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Establish project governance forums including Steering Committees, Working Groups, and Design Authority reviews.
• Manage multiple workstreams including process design, platform configuration, integrations, testing, training, and change management.
• Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Procurement, Cyber Security, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Vendor Management teams.
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Drive decision-making and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular executive reporting, status updates, and risk escalation.
• Oversee configuration and deployment of Vendor Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related modules.
• Ensure alignment with organizational risk management frameworks.
• Support implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ensure risk controls, workflows, and assessment methodologies are appropriately configured.
• Manage project risks and ensure mitigation plans are executed.
• Must: experience of managing TPRM projects
