Job summary

AYAN InfoTech in Sydney seeks an IAM Project Manager to lead end-to-end IAM initiatives, aligning with security and business objectives.

You will manage multiple workstreams, develop plans, budgets, and governance, and coordinate with engineering, networks, and vendors.

6-month engagement with strong extensions, requiring 7+ years IT PM experience and SailPoint knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise IAM implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong governance, milestones, budgets, RAID logs and delivery reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU.
• Manage 8-12+ years of experience in IT project/program management with IAM programs.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and governance.
• Coordinate multiple IAM workstreams across technical and business teams.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
• Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Establish project governance, reporting and steering committee processes.
• Act as interface between IAM engineering, business, network and technology teams.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects from initiation through to implementation and transition to BAU.
• 8-12+ years of experience in IT Project/program management, with significant experience managing enterprise IAM implementation or transformation programs.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance
• Manage multiple IAM workstreams and co-ordinate technical and business tams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
• Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Establish appropriate project governance, reporting and steering committee processes.
• Excellent knowledge of IAM concepts, SailPoint (preferably), Privilege Access Management
• Act as the primary delivery interface between IAM engineering teams and business, network, technology teams.
• Manage relationship with technology vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers.
