Job summary

NORTHSIX is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of steel structures and erection projects across Victoria, with a clear pathway into a State Manager, Engineering position.

You will manage a team of engineers, maintain builder relationships, drive safety, quality, cost and schedule, and partner with Directors on tenders and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading steel structures projects.
• Proven ability to manage large engineering teams.
• Strong commercial understanding including P&L and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of engineers, Project Managers and site staff.
• Guide delivery of steel structures and erection works, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Collaborate with Directors on strategy, tenders and business growth.
