Johns Lyng Group in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager / Supervisor for Restorx NSW. You will be the crucial link between customers and the company, driving customer experience, quality of work, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness from initial meetings through to invoicing.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee site scopes, build schedules, manage budgets, and lead trade teams while ensuring OH&S compliance and accurate cost reporting.

The Role

This is a mission-critical position within Restorx NSW. As a Project Manager / Supervisor, you are the crucial link connecting our customers with the Johns Lyng Group. You will be relentless in achieving goals related to Customer Experience, Quality of Work, Timeliness, and Cost-Effectiveness.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Restorx NSW, you will oversee projects from initial site meetings through to successful completion and invoicing.

Key Accountabilities

• Sales & Budgets:nsure monthly sales budgets, as established, are successfully achieved
• Project Management: Assess sites, prepare precise scopes of work, build project schedules, and maintain a minimum 75% annual billable target.
• Financial Oversight: Manage purchase orders, complete Cost Reports, review trade invoices onsite for accuracy/quality, and personalise invoice submissions to key clients.
• Team Leadership: Conduct weekly site visits, lead trade/technician teams with clear expectations, and upskill technicians in restoration processes.
• Reporting: Attend weekly internal meetings (WIP Review, Cost Reporting, Toolbox) to update Key Dates, Expected Margins, and job programs.
• Training: Working with the Delivery team to upskill technicians in restoration/Restorx processes, which includes their reporting and ability to provide detailed scope of works.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Drive OH&S Standards: Promote and execute strict OH&S compliance across all jobs.
• High-Risk Management: Collect contractor SWMS, implement fall protection for height activities, and complete full site inductions/coordination plans for projects over $50k.
• Company Standards: Maintain the company vehicle in pristine condition and strictly adhere to the professional company dress code.
