Brisbane-based builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a major multi-residential project. Role focuses on one project at a time, with office-based work and regular site visits, supported by a CA and site team.

You'll manage procurement through handover, working within a structured team and using Procore, Cheops and Microsoft Project to deliver value and quality on the $30M+ projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential or multi-residential projects
• Ability to take ownership from procurement through handover
• Strong coordination with site teams and construction professionals

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of a single multi-residential project from procurement to handover
• Collaborate with CA and site team to ensure on-time delivery
• Utilise Procore, Cheops and MS Project to manage schedule, budget and progress
