Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Erskine Park NSW is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end, complex projects across Pacific operations. You will govern multi-disciplinary workstreams, deliver customer implementations and coordinate IT, systems and site readiness.

The role demands stakeholder engagement, strong PM discipline and the ability to manage budgets and timelines in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, hybrid/remote options and a supportive, development-focused culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and suppliers across parallel workstreams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage risks, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across CEVA’s Pacific operations, supporting up to four concurrent projects.
• Apply CEVA’s project management methodology (ZDS/ CPM) to governance, planning, reporting and delivery.
• Develop and coordinate project plans including scope, timelines, risks, resources and budgets.
• Deliver new customer implementations across divisions, including onboarding, process design, systems configuration and go-live activities.
• Coordinate equipment deployment, site readiness and go-live activities.
• Support existing customer implementations and variations to business, including scope changes and network optimisation.
• Deliver IT and systems-driven projects including WMS integrations and data interfaces.
• Coordinate site builds, start-ups and migrations including greenfield/brownfield developments.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery across all workstreams.
• Engage procurement and operations to define requirements for MHE, racking, automation and capital equipment.
• Manage external stakeholders and maintain communication, issue resolution and oversight.
• Maintain commercial discipline and assist with budgets and CAPEX approvals.
• Support project closure, handover and lessons learned.
