The initial and primary focus will be Cornerstone's Infrastructure Remediation Program, working closely with the Chief Transformation Officer, CIO, Head of IT Operations, business stakeholders, and external delivery partners to improve security, resilience and operational maturity across the organisation.

This role would suit a practical Project Manager who enjoys being close to delivery, working directly with stakeholders, coordinating vendors, managing risks and keeping projects moving. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, willing to wear multiple hats and comfortable operating in a growing, fast-paced organisation.

Success in this role will be measured by delivery of agreed project milestones, effective stakeholder coordination, proactive risk management, and smooth transition of projects into operational support.

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and delivery partners
  • Maintain project risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and decision registers
  • Track scope, budget, expenditure, invoices, and change requests
  • Prepare concise status reporting for executives and governance forums
  • Coordinate business requirements, testing, implementation windows, and operational readiness activities
  • Manage stakeholder communications and engagement activities
  • Coordinate documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition into BAU operations
  • Escalate delivery risks and decisions early
  • Support other priority technology and business transformation projects where required
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology, infrastructure, or business transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Practical experience managing plans, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a smaller, fast-moving organisation
  • Experience coordinating testing, implementation, and transition into operations
  • Exposure to infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, cloud, network, cyber security, or identity-related projects
  • Experience in change management, business analysis or requirements gathering
  • Experience working in healthcare, regulated or multi-site environments
  • PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification
