Job summary

CGC are recruiting on behalf of a well-established builder based in Sydney, handling premium residential and commercial projects. The Project Manager will own high-end builds from start to finish, liaising with the director, site teams and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role includes mentoring staff and potential profit share for the right candidate. We are seeking someone with proven PM experience in high-end residential construction, strong commercial acumen, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within high-end residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of the Sydney construction market.
• Experience managing projects of $5m+.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients, architects and consultants.
• Procore experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-end projects concurrently, values up to $11m.
• Run project programs, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Use Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, quality, and site records.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and certifiers.
• Mentor site staff and contribute to the business's operational growth.
• Work with the Director to scale the business as new projects start.
