Qualifications

• 5+ years in demolition, remediation or related construction environments.
• Experience in estimating, tendering and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate tenders, quotations and project estimates.
• Manage projects from planning through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site resources.
• Monitor budgets, costs and variations.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and ensure safe, compliant delivery.
