An established and growing specialist demolition sub-contractor is looking to bring an experienced Project Manager / Estimator into its Sydney team. Working across a diverse portfolio of demolition, hazardous materials, asbestos removal and remediation projects, this is an opportunity to join a business with an exciting pipeline of work and the ambition to continue growing. This is a flexible opportunity suited to someone with a background in Project Management, Estimating or Project Coordination. The Opportunity

Depending on your experience and skill set, your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing accurate and competitive tenders, quotations and project estimates.


• Managing projects from initial planning through to completion and handover.


• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, labour and site resources.


• Monitoring project budgets, costs, variations and overall commercial performance.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.


• Identifying project risks and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.


• Working closely with senior management to improve operational processes and drive business performance.

About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• At least 5 years' relevant industry experience.


• A background in demolition, hazardous materials, asbestos removal, remediation or associated construction environments.


• Experience in Project Management, Estimating or Project Coordination.


• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of project financials.


• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.


• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and solve problems independently.
