The role requires substantial PM/Estimator experience in demolition, strong estimating and planning skills, and proficiency with Excel and Bluebeam. Collaboration, safety, and quality are emphasized in this team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the Demolition or construction industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex demolition projects from start to finish.
• Excellent estimating and project planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Thorough understanding of demolition and construction regulations, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using project management and estimating software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor more junior members.
• Proficient in Excel & Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for demolition projects.
• Developing detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Managing all aspects of demolition projects, including resource allocation, site supervision, and stakeholder communication.
