Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, councils and project stakeholders, you'll lead project delivery while providing Superintendent services throughout the project lifecycle. • Perform Superintendent duties, including the assessment of variations, claims, extensions of time and contractual obligations.
  • Manage project performance across scope, programme, budget, quality and risk.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, councils and project teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings and coordinate stakeholders to support timely decision-making and project outcomes.
  • Undertake site inspections and surveillance activities to monitor construction progress and verify completed works.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual, quality and safety requirements.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues and removing barriers to delivery.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to clients and project teams.
  • Prepare and review project reporting, recommendations and project documentation.
What You’ll Bring:

You are an experienced project management professional with strong commercial acumen and a practical understanding of project delivery. You can confidently manage competing priorities, navigate complex stakeholder environments and balance contractual obligations with successful project outcomes.

  • Experience in a Project Manager, Contract Superintendent, Senior Contract Administrator or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering civil, infrastructure, construction or development projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and Superintendent responsibilities.
  • Experience administering construction contracts, including variations, claims and extensions of time.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, programme, budget, risk and quality outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse groups.
  • Experience working collaboratively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
  • Exposure to local government and council-delivered projects will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound commercial judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Australian Citizenship required for eligibility for defence clearance.
