Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Manager, Contract Superintendent, Senior Contract Administrator or similar role.
• Delivery of civil, infrastructure or development projects.
• Understanding of contract administration and Superintendent responsibilities.
• Experience administering construction contracts including variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of civil, infrastructure and development projects from planning through to completion.
• Perform Superintendent duties including variations, claims, extensions of time and contractual obligations.
• Manage project performance across scope, programme, budget, quality and risk.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, councils and project teams.
• Coordinate project meetings and stakeholder decisions.
• Undertake site inspections and surveillance to monitor progress.
• Monitor contractor performance for compliance with contract, quality and safety.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve delivery barriers.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to clients and teams.
• Prepare and review project reporting and documentation.
