Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery across client projects in Australia. The role focuses on delivering within scope, schedule, cost and quality, while aligning with client needs and governance standards.

Responsibilities include managing project plans, milestones, and dependencies, overseeing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches, and driving release planning, deployment and transition activities.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor project profitability and resource utilization.
• Track billing milestones and support invoicing activities.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure financial targets and contractual obligations are achieved.

Resource & Team Management

• Lead and manage project managers, scrum masters, technical leads, and delivery teams.

• Manage succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues.
