Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and programs across theapplication development lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery commitments are achieved with respect toscope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, anddeliverables.
• Oversee Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid deliverymethodologies.
• Drive release planning, deployment, and transition activities.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clientstakeholders.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-relatedissues.
• Conduct regular governance meetings, project reviews, andsteering committee discussions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans tostakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and serviceexcellence.
• Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost controls.
• Monitor project profitability and resource utilization.
• Track billing milestones and support invoicing activities.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operationalefficiencies.
• Ensure financial targets and contractual obligations areachieved.

Resource & Team Management

• Lead and manage project managers, scrum masters, technical leads,and delivery teams.
• Drive workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Support employee development, coaching, mentoring, andperformance management.
