Responsibilities include managing project plans, milestones, and dependencies, overseeing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches, and driving release planning, deployment and transition activities.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects and programs.
• Ensure commitments across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Manage plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Oversee Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery.
• Drive release planning, deployment, and transitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
• Serve as primary escalation point for delivery issues.
• Lead governance meetings, reviews, and steering sessions.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls.
• Monitor profitability and resource utilization.
• Track billing milestones and invoicing.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams and leads.
• Plan workforce and resource allocation.
• Foster high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Identify risks and develop mitigations.
• Escalate critical risks to senior leadership.
