• Manage end-to-end ADMS project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

• Coordinate with utility stakeholders including operations, IT, and engineering teams.
• Conduct regular status meetings and updates.
• Oversee outages and system optimization components (OMS, SCADA, FLISR, VVO).
• Ensure alignment with utility business processes and regulatory standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide guidance and performance monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts.

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Manage end-to-end ADMS project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Coordinate with utility stakeholders including operations, IT, and engineering teams
• Conduct regular status meetings and updates
• Outage Management System (OMS), Distribution SCADA
• Fault location, isolation, and service restoration (FLISR), Volt/VAR optimization (VVO)
• Ensure alignment with utility business processes
• GIS (Geographic Information Systems), AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)
• DERMS (Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems), Enterprise IT systems
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans
• Track project costs and ensure delivery within approved budget
• Manage contracts, procurement, and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with utility standards and regulations (IEEE, NERC, IEC, etc.)
• Maintain quality assurance throughout project execution
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and consultants
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance monitoring
