Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end partner onboarding and migration initiatives across Europe. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage governance while ensuring compliance and operational readiness.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement after training. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in project delivery, knowledge of Prince2/Agile, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end project implementations, preferably in insurance or regulated industries.
• Minimum 5 years in project delivery, business implementation, or project management.
• Experience onboarding partners and delivering complex multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Knowledge of Prince2 and/or Agile methodologies preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of partner onboarding and migration projects across Europe.

• Deliver projects on time and within scope, aligned to business objectives.

This role is part of our Cover-More Europe team. Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions through a number of different customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe. What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex partner onboarding and business migration projects across Europe, ensuring successful implementation within agreed timelines and budget. Working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in transitioning and launching strategic insurance partnerships.

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of partner onboarding and migration projects across Europe.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Risk and Compliance.
• Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure key business requirements are delivered, including due diligence, data protection assessments, IT security reviews, legal agreements and operational readiness.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings, providing clear updates, action tracking and progress reporting.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
• Provide post-implementation support and manage subsequent project activity as required.
• Drive a customer-focused approach, ensuring positive outcomes for customers and partners throughout the delivery process.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end project implementations, ideally within insurance or another regulated industry.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project delivery, business implementation, or project management role.
• Experience onboarding partners and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Strong project management expertise, with knowledge of Prince2 and/or Agile methodologies preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organisation.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging with both internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high standards of delivery.
• Experience within insurance partnerships, MGAs, or insurance implementation projects would be highly advantageous.

The compensation shown reflects a national market range and the proposed salary for this position is £63,353 to £74,533with short-term incentive bonus eligibility of 10%.
