  • Apply Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches as appropriate to support effective and efficient project outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across a range of business functions to facilitate alignment, remove delivery impediments and maintain project momentum.
  • Provide coordination and governance support to larger and more complex strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and support AI-Media team members in their project responsibilities.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project management practices, processes, tools and templates.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and project management discipline across the organisation.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of running end to end projects
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Certification preferred
  • Able to take ownership and responsibility for projects from initiation through to completion
  • Confident in working with stakeholders across different departments and levels of seniority
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced or growing organisation where priorities change
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Effective at problem-solving with the ability to identify delivery issues early and find practical solutions
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration across different business functions and geographically dispersed or international teams
  • Flexible and adaptable with evolving processes and requirements
  • Maintain integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working in an Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project environment
  • Experience supporting technology, product, operational or business change projects
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Planner or similar
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organisation where priorities can change
  • Experience coordinating projects involving geographically dispersed or international teams
What AI-Media Offers You

  • Career Progression based on talent, not tenure, and tailored Career Chats
  • Access to a rewards platform that offers employees discounts and cash back on many retailers, access to fitness and health videos, recipes via HelloFresh, ability to recognize your coworkers and so much more
  • Flexible public holiday selection
