Job summary

AI-Media is seeking a Project Manager to join our global PMO, delivering projects aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring governance and strong controls throughout the lifecycle.

Based in Australia with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate across functions and geographies, applying Agile, traditional, or hybrid methods as needed, and lead teams to successful outcomes while promoting collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience running end-to-end projects.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to own projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with focus on objectives, outcomes and benefits.
• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and control to meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Apply Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery methods as appropriate.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to maintain momentum.
