Job summary

In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering enterprise-wide end-user technology initiatives. This role will see you lead one or more complex projects from initiation through to operational transition. You will drive delivery across areas such as endpoint security, Intune, identity and access management, device refresh programs, virtual desktop solutions, managed print services and Windows deployments.

You will bring together technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to deliver projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements. Operating in a fast-paced environment where projects are gaining momentum, you will provide strong governance, manage risks and issues, oversee financial forecasting and ensure solutions meet the needs of end users.

We have 1 permanent opportunity and 1 x temporary opportunity until 31/03/2028. These roles operate within our hybrid working model, requiring 50% workplace attendance. The home base for this role is Macquarie Park, with flexibility to work from other office locations at times. Team collaboration days are generally on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Your extensive project management experience, gained across IT infrastructure or end-user services environments, will see you confidently lead complex, multi-stream technology projects from initiation to closure. You are recognised as a delivery-focused Project Manager who can set clear objectives, challenge technical solutions and hold internal teams and vendors accountable for outcomes.

Skilled at managing up and across an organisation, you can influence senior stakeholders, lead productive meetings and workshops, and build strong relationships with technical teams and service providers. You bring strong project management fundamentals, commercial acumen and experience managing governance, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and operational readiness. You will also have relevant qualifications such as PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.
