Job summary

Aurora ARC Wind Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee wind energy projects from planning through execution in Australia. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client and contractor relationships, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, site-based experience, and the ability to travel regularly on FIFO or DIDO rosters. A engineering/related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or energy projects valued at $150M+.
• Demonstrated experience in wind, renewable energy, or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams in complex environments, including large site-based workforces across FIFO and DIDO operations.
• Experience in site-based project environments with regular travel and FIFO/DIDO rosters.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and contract administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, construction management, or related discipline (preferred).

• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and client HSE requirements.
• Coordinate project documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposals for new project opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational performance.

You will oversee the successful delivery of wind energy projects from planning through to execution and completion. You will play a key role in managing project performance, commercial outcomes, and operational coordination while maintaining Aurora ARC Wind’s strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or energy projects valued at $150M+.
• Demonstrated experience in wind, renewable energy, or major infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams in complex project environments, including the management of large site-based workforces of up to 100 personnel across FIFO and DIDO operations.
• Experience operating in site-based project environments, with the flexibility to undertake regular travel and work under FIFO or DIDO rosters.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and contract administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related discipline (preferred).
