Job summary

Parkview Constructions Pty in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own complex, large-scale constructions from planning through completion.

You will drive outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and act as the main contact for clients and consultants through the entire lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M.
• Deep understanding of the Sydney construction market and local authority requirements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from design development to practical completion.
• Oversee procurement, contracts and construction schedules.
• Manage consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients and authorities.
• Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems and address issues proactively.
• Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews.
• Promote a strong safety culture and implement WHSE policies.
• Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor risk, compliance and quality systems, ensuring issues are addressed proactively

• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented
• Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth

What We’re Looking For

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M
• Deep understanding of the Sydney construction market, subcontractor base and local authority requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail, with strong contract administration and reporting capabilities
