Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to own and deliver key projects in an industrial setting. This permanent role requires hands-on involvement with electrical or mechanical trades teams and a proven ability to drive end-to-end project delivery.

You will lead cross-functional stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and implement governance practices to ensure project success. NSW-based with a practical, on-site work style.

Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to take ownership of key projects, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver outcomes that matter. The role offers the chance to work in a structured environment where your planning, communication, and problem-solving skills will be valued and developed.THIS IS A HANDS ON ROLE for an Industrial Project Manager with a Electrical or Mechanical trades background

• Must be comfortable working on the tools with the team when required
• Own projects from initiation through to successful delivery and closure

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects of varying scope and complexity
• Experience working in Industrial environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
• Comfortable using project management tools and tracking systems
• Happy to work in a hands on role and work on the tools when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical Trades background with either
• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade /Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner
• Current NSW Drivers licence
