St Vincent's is seeking a Project Manager - Digital & Technology to oversee all phases from investment through to handover, driving technology solutions for about 30,000 staff across the organisation. The role is based at our Sydney head office with a hybrid arrangement: three days in the office and two days from home.

You will lead business cases, manage senior stakeholders and vendors, and apply St Vincent's methodologies to balance risk, quality and agility in delivering complex technology

Qualificações

• Experience in large-scale and complex organisations; healthcare experience desirable.
• Strong understanding of corporate systems, business processes and integration capabilities.
• Proven experience in preparing business cases through to the delivery of complex technology solutions.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple streams and stakeholders within tight deadlines.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or Project Management, plus industry certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, or CAPM).

Reporting directly to the Divisional Program Manager, the Project Manager - Digital & Technology will be responsible for managing all phases of assigned projects, from the initial investment phase through to project closure and handover. This is more than just managing tasks; you will be the architect of technology solutions that transform how we help our near 30,000 staff and further serve our community.

This is a 12-month full time opportunity based from our Group Head Office in Sydney on a hybrid working arrangement - 3 days a week in office and 2 days working from home.
