St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in delivering SQL Modernisation and Application Audit projects. The role coordinates activities, schedules, documentation and stakeholder engagement while monitoring progress to meet scope, time and quality targets.
Responsibilities include analysing operational requirements, identifying process improvements, defining requirements, evaluating options, and supporting testing.

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Project Manager in the successful delivery of the SQL Modernisation and Application Audit projects. The role coordinates project activities, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder engagement while monitoring progress to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes, scope, and quality standards. In addition, the role is responsible for analysing business operational requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and recommending effective business solutions. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, the Project Coordinator defines requirements, evaluates solution options, supports acceptance testing, and fosters strong relationships across SVHA, Digital & Technology, vendors, and external partners to enable successful project outcomes.
The role coordinates IT application and database migration projects, including planning, scheduling, governance and documentation. It supports the Project Manager with project coordination and delivery activities, engages business, technical and vendor stakeholders, facilitates workshops and communications, supports requirements gathering, business and process analysis, change and impact assessment activities. It analyses business operational requirements and identifies opportunities for process improvement, evaluates solution options and supports the recommendation of effective business solutions, monitors and reports project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, and maintains project documentation, governance artefacts and project reporting.
