Job summary

IBC Recruitment in Sydney seeks an experienced Project Manager to own day-to-day delivery of digital and integration workstreams within a large-scale transformation program.

You will develop and maintain plans, coordinate teams, manage RAID items, and report to senior stakeholders in an agile or hybrid delivery environment. 6-month contract, AUD 840/day including super.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital, transformation or integration environments.
• 6–8 years of experience is preferred; not a Senior PM for this role.
• Delivery-focused with strong planning, governance and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.

Project Manager – Digital Transformation Sydney | 6-Month Contract | $840 per day including super

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale digital transformation program, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery of multiple digital and integration workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day project delivery across 1–2 digital/integration workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders to drive delivery against agreed outcomes.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies and actions through to resolution.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and implement actions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and delivery forums, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Track project progress, deliverables, milestones and key dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate interdependencies between digital teams, projects and broader program activities.
• Provide regular project updates, reporting and status presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with business and digital SMEs to clarify requirements, resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure project documentation, governance artefacts and delivery repositories are maintained.
• Support the Senior Delivery Lead and Program Manager with broader program planning and governance.
• Proactively chase actions, challenge delays and elevate issues where required.
• Drive projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved.

About You

You will be a hands-on and delivery-focused Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership, getting into the detail and coordinating multiple teams to deliver digital projects successfully.

You will have:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager within digital, transformation or integration environments.
• No more than 6-8 years exp.
• We will not be looking for a Senior PM for this role. More of a Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing projects or workstreams from planning through to delivery.
• Strong project planning, delivery tracking and governance experience.
• Experience managing RAID, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and project plans.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, squads or workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile or hybrid delivery environment.
