Force is supporting the rollout of a battery electric mining fleet across WA in collaboration with a Tier 1 client in the Pilbara - and we want you on board.
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to take charge of asset management and maintenance operations for an exciting new project. This is more than just a leadership role – it’s your opportunity to shape performance from the ground up, driving asset reliability, maximising efficiency, and setting the benchmark for operational excellence.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of everything – leading a high-performing team while building strong, trusted partnerships with clients. Your ability to align people, processes, and performance will be key to delivering exceptional outcomes and elevating service standards across the site.
Please note that this role will initially commence as a Perth-based position before transitioning to a FIFO arrangement for the first 6–9 months of the project on a 4/3 roster. Following this period, the role will return to being Perth-based.
