Job description

Emeco is a leading provider of equipment solutions to the mining industry, operating one of Australia’s largest rental fleets and supported by in-house maintenance workshops, rebuild facilities, and advanced fleet optimisation technology.

We are seeking an experienced Project Maintenance Manager to lead our site asset management and maintenance operations at our Maules Creek Project. In this role, you’ll drive asset health, performance, and reliability, while fostering strong relationships with both your team and our clients.

Deliver outstanding maintenance outcomes for earthmoving equipment in a demanding mining environment
Lead and develop a high-performing team through guidance, support, and clear direction
Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost management
Develop and execute effective maintenance management strategies
Build and maintain a strong safety-focused culture on site

What You’ll Bring

Mechanical trade qualification with relevant mobile plant experience (CAT, Hitachi etc)
Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and workflows
Ability to collaborate with clients and prioritise maintenance needs within complex site environments
Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills
Proven leadership and team development capability
Solid understanding of HSET requirements in NSW Mining
