Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead two high-profile client-side projects in education and commercial heritage refurbishment from North Sydney. You will work alongside an experienced Project Director, managing design, approvals, procurement and construction, while driving programmes, budgets, risks and reporting across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property or related discipline.
• Local client-side Project Management experience.
• End-to-end project delivery capability.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to take a key role across two significant client-side projects.

The primary project is a $180m masterplan for a leading independent school, involving the staged planning and delivery of major new and upgraded facilities across an operational campus.

You will also work across a $15m commercial heritage refurbishment, managing the complexities associated with upgrading an existing heritage asset while coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.

Working alongside an experienced Project Director, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of the projects across design, approvals, procurement and construction.

• Support the Project Director across major client-side projects

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Education, commercial, heritage or aged care experience highly regarded
• Strong design management capability
• Experience with procurement and contract administration
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
