The Role

We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior-level Project Manager with experience delivering Commercial, Health, Aged Care, Government, Council, Sports and Industrial builds, with projects values ranging $5M to $30M+ in value.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful completion
• Lead project teams and liaise with key stakeholders
• Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality regulations
• Identify and mitigate project risks

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects in the $5M – $30M+ range
• Strong background in government, council, healthcare, sports, or commercial projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and strategic thinking
